Shipping policy

WITHIN THE UK:
Any jewellery under £100 will be sent by Royal Mail.
All of our jewellery pieces valued £100-£500 are shipped by Royal Mail next day 1pm signed for.
Items with a value over £500 are shipped via insured UPS.
It is insured for the amount the customer has paid for the item.
Your package will be fully tracked, insured, and signature required.

OUTSIDE THE UK:
Items up to £250 will be shipped by Royal mail international tracked delivery.
Packages are tracked and insured.

Items over £250 to USA & Canada will be shipped via DHL or UPS.
It is insured for the amount the customer has paid for the item.
Your package will be fully tracked, insured, and signature required.
All we ask is that you pay £10 for shipping and we will take care of the rest.
Please contact us for shipping rates to any other countries, costs should be fairly similar to USA.
