| I bought these earrings as an xmas present for my wife. To complement the opal pendant, that I had previously purchased from Simply Opal. They came very promptly and are as "fiery" as the pendant, my wife loves them and wears them all the time. The packaging is cute, the pendant came in a little tin, while the earrings were in a felt pouch, making them more special and a little different from ordinary jewellery. Overall, good service and an excellent product. |

| I contacted Andrew to ask him if he could re-set an opal ring of mine that I’d had set the previous year by another jeweller. I didn’t like their work, it was flimsy and poor quality. Andrew listened to everything I wanted for my new setting, communication was excellent and he asked lots of questions to make sure he got it right for me. I am delighted with the outcome of the ring. | Andew’s craftsmanship is wonderful. I had bought myself a large doublet which i sent to a jeweller in Hatton Garden to make into a ring. They cracked the stone in three places, so I ended up with no ring and a damaged stone. I sent the stone to Andrew to see if there was any chance he could salvage any of it and he came up with a brilliant solution of cutting it along the crack lines and making a necklace and earrings. His communication was brilliant throughout and it took him very little time to complete what is now my favourite set of jewellery. Thank you Andrew, I will be wanting more opal jewellery from you soon. |

This time he also included different backs and they aren't going anywhere.
